Copper foil table processor for electronic grade electronic circuit copper foil production. The copper foil table processor developed by Baoyu can adapt to product specifications covering 8-1805μm, the equipment running speed can reach 3540 m/min, the performance parameters and indicators are in the industry-leading level, can replace similar imported products. It is mainly through the electroplating process to roughen and cure the surface of the wool foil produced by the raw foil machine, and then through nickel plating, zinc plating and chromium plating to improve the performance indicators of the wool foil: such as anti-stripping performance, oxidation resistance, etc., to meet the requirements of downstream PCB users.
