ULTRA Specialized Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd. was established in 2003. It is a specialized equipment manufacturing enterprise with a history of 20 years.
Joint-stock company has two subsidiary companies, BaoYu Energy and BaoYu Environment, as well as enterprise research and development centers, operation centers, and other direct departments. The R&D center and operation center are located in the center of Xi'an city, with an office building of 1000 ㎡; BaoYu Environment is located in Yanliang Aviation City, with a building area of 18000 ㎡, including 15500 ㎡ of production workshops and 2500 ㎡ of laboratories; BaoYu Energy is located in Xixian New Area, with a building area of 33000 ㎡ , including 20000 ㎡ of production workshops and 6500 ㎡ of laboratories.
The laboratory has various pilot equipment such as precision coating, hot melt coating, and high-temperature sintering, and is equipped with various physical and chemical testing equipment. In 2024, the company was reviewed and evaluated by the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology as a provincial-level industrial enterprise research and development institution and Shaanxi Provincial Industrial Design Center.
Baoyu Technology currently has 100 employees, including 40 in the R&D center, mostly from 985 and 211 universities such as National University of Defense Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Xi'an University of Technology. The subsidiary has approximately 150 employees responsible for product manufacturing, small-scale testing, and pilot testing.
