Glass Fiber Industry
The electronic glass fiber industry is an important segment of the glass fiber industry. Electronic glass fiber is a kind of high-performance glass fiber with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame resistance and electrical and mechanical properties. It is mainly used in the field of electronic information and is the key basic material for copper clad laminate and other products. The production process of electronic glass fiber is more complicated. First, various raw materials such as pyrophyllite, kaolin, calcite, borocalcium, silica sand are mixed, transported to a kiln with a temperature as high as 1600 ℃, heated into glass liquid, then drawn into glass fiber monofilament at high speed by platinum leakage plate, and finally made into glass yarn by twisting and other processes.
