a) Low Emission In order to solve the problems existing in VOCs treatment in CCL field, Baoyu took the lead in developing and introducing TNV (Tunnel Regenerative Exhaust Gas Treatment System) products suitable for this field. While taking into account low energy consumption and low emissions, it has the characteristics of low, low failure and high safety. So far, it has been widely used in domestic CCL production enterprises and has put into operation more than 100 sets of systems. The removal rate of TNV-VOCs reached 99.79%. In the case of using DMF solvent, the detection value of fuel + thermal nitrogen oxides was much lower than that of other similar products.
b) The main difference between low energy consumption TNV and TO furnace lies in heat exchange and heat storage performance. The combustion chamber is kept in a heat balance state through exhaust gas heat recovery, and heat preservation can be realized in stages (such as transfer process and standby).
c) The situation of anti-blocking waste gas preheating and blocking has been observed and summarized by users for more than ten years. The design of the rear heat regenerator of Baoyu TNV combustion furnace can adapt to the exhaust gas containing Si, glue and other components.
d) The non-pulse exhaust gas treatment process is smooth and linear, there is no instantaneous fluctuation of exhaust gas caused by the switching of the rotary valve, and the emission index is stable.
